EXCHANGE & RESTOCKING POLICY
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in p ricing or product information received from our suppliers, West Coast Armor shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders pla ced for product listed at the incorrect price. West Coast Armor shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has b een confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. West Coast Armor does not offer refunds for any products purchased.
Exchanges
While refunds are not permitted, exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Manufacturer Defects or Fulfillment Errors
If a product is defective due to a manufacturing issue, or if an incorrect item is received (including incorrect size , color due to fulfillment error), once the incorrect item(s) are returned, the manufacturer will provide a replacement product. In such cases:
- The replacement product will be provided at no additional cost.
- All associated shipping and handling costs will be covered by the manufacturer.
2. Customer Size Exchange Requests
If an incorrect size is ordered, an exchange may be requested subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within ten (10) days of delivery.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply on the item(s) being exchanged at the time of exchange.
- The difference in cost (item(s) sized up or down) will either be charged or refunded to the order at the time of exchange, as applicable.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Return Conditions
All products submitted for exchange must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
West Coast Armor reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Authorization Process
All exchanges must be approved in advance, in writing, prior to being shipped back.
To request a return authorization:
- Email: customerservice@westcoastarmor.com
- Include the order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping Instructions
Once the return request has been approved:
- Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the product to the following address:

West Coast Armor is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Processing Time
- Please allow 14–21 business days from the date we receive the return to process the exchange.
- Replacement items will be shipped in accordance with our standard processing, handling, and shipping timelines.
Additional Terms
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking fees will be deducted prior to processing any exchange.
- West Coast Armor reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
